摘 要：随着社会经济的发展，企业竞争既是科技的竞争，也是管理的竞争，旧的管理模式已经不能适应社会的发展而被淘汰，新的管理模式应运而生。为了适应这多变的环境，企业进行财务管理创新是非常必要的。本文先介绍了财务管理创新的概念、内容和作用，又介绍了当前我国企业财务管理中阻碍经济增长的因素，其次，以宏昌水泥厂企业为例来介绍一些先进的财务管理方法，并分析这些措施对企业经济效益的促进作用。最后，提出了企业创新财务管理模式的对策和建议。60860

Abstract：with the development of social economy, the competition of enterprise competition is both a science and technology, but also the management of competition, the old management mode already can not adapt to the social development and be eliminated, the new management pattern arises at the historic moment. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, content and function of financial management innovation, and introduces the current our country enterprise financial management hinder economic growth factors.
