摘 要：中国金融市场的发展逐渐成熟，企业短期投资需求越来越旺盛，而交易性金融资 产在企业短期投资中又具有举足轻重的地位。虽然交易性金融资产在企业实际操作中非常 广泛，会计学者也很重视对其研究，但是在研究交易性金融资产公允价值计量方法这块仍 然不够完备。所以，本文主要分析研究这方面问题。73080

论文首先介绍交易性金融资产的研究背景和意义等基本情况；然后对交易性金融资产 常用的几种计量方法，包括股票贴现模型等进行理论分析。接着，本文以上市公司财务报 表数据为样本，对以上几种计量模型进行实证分析；最后，本文根据分析结果试图提出提 高交易性金融资产公允价值计量的改进措施。

Abstract ： The development of China's financial market is gradually mature, the demand of corporate short-term investment is increasingly strong, while the trading financial assets in the short-term investment of the enterprise have a vital position。 Although trading financial assets in the actual operation of the enterprise is very wide, which is also concerned by the accounting researchers。 But the study of the fair value of the trading financial assets is not detailed or full enough。 Thus, this paper mainly focuses on the analysis and research of this problem。

In this paper, we first introduce the research background and significance of the trading financial assets and other basic situation; then the several commonly used measurement methods of the trading financial assets will be analyzed, including Dividend Discount Model etc。 Additionally, this paper takes the listed company financial statement data as a sample to analysis the above several measurement models 。 Finally, in this paper, according to the results of the analysis to put forward measures for improving the trading financial assets fair value measurement。
