摘要：研究资本结构是一个多原因、多方位、多可变因素复合性集合过程。现代企业实现合理融资与经营管理的核心问题是选择最优资本结构，实现公司价值最大化。宿迁绿港公司作为我国最有代表性的生产企业，本文以为例,计算和分析公司的财务数据与财务指标,了解宿迁绿港资本结构的情况。在此基础上,对它的资本结构优化状况进行综合分析并提出了相关资本结构优化的建议,这样的建议不仅能对宿迁绿港自身的企业在管理方面起到引导作用，而且会为整个相关行业的发展带来一定的参考。73610
