新旧《医院会计制度》下的财务报告比较研究

摘要：随着社会经济不断地发展，国内医疗卫生机构的运营环境发生了日新月异的变化，经济活动也日趋复杂。旧的医院会计制度已经无法适应新形势下的会计核算，因此新医院会计制度在2012年1月1日正式在全国范围内施行。本文将从新医院会计制度制订的背景出发，通过比较分析新旧医院会计制度在核算基础、使用范围、会计要素、财务报告体系等方面的不同，剖析新医院会计制度的优越性。同时针对新制度在执行过程中暴露的问题，提出一些解决的建议和对策。76952

Abstract: With the social and economic development, the change of domestic change rapidly occurred in medical and health institutions operating environment, economic activity has become increasingly complex。 The old hospital accounting system has been unable to adapt to the accounting under the new situation, the new hospital accounting system in January 1, 2012 formally in the nationwide implementation。This paper from the hospital, the new accounting system to develop background, through comparative analysis between the old and the new hospital accounting system in the accounting basis, using different scope, elements of accounting and financial reporting system and so on, the analysis of the superiority of the new accounting system in hospitals。 At the same time for the new system in the implementation process problems, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures。
