上市公司万科盈利能力分析

摘要：万科企业股份有限公司是中国房地产行业的天子骄子，在企业中具有代表性。因此，笔者将万科企业的数据作为上市公司盈利能力分析的指标。文中列出了公司盈利能力的一些代表性财务指标，通过指标反应的情况，对万科企业的盈利能力进行了探讨和分析，并且通过图表的形式呈现。另外，为了更客观的评价和分析，文中采用纵向三年的数据和横向保利地产的数据进行对比分析。笔者选取收入能力中的资产收益率和销售净利润率指标、运营能力中的资产周转率指标以及权益乘数财务杠杆指标，作为分析万科企业盈利能力的框架。通过对这些财务指标的分析，发现万科企业现今营运上的短板，并给出一些补救措施。77181
