摘要：存货的存在占用着企业大量流动资金，是一项重要的流动资产，企业对其的管理利用直接与企业的流动资金挂钩，影响企业资产的运作效率。存货管理实质是掌握并管理存货的基本信息，以及分析存货的基本信息，对存货的管理提出决策意见，在此基础之上进行有效地控制，以最终达到提高企业经济效益的目的。一个企业存货管理的好坏密切关系到整个公司的资金运作和公司经济利益，因此存货管理也成为现代企业管理的重要组成部分，它与企业正常生产经营息息相关，对存货的管理成为了企业的重中之重。本文以海高机械公司为例，就其存货管理的现状、问题进行分析，提出合理利用存货、加强存货管理的措施，并提出了切合实际的存货管理和策略。77602
