摘要：随着提出要绿色发展，促进国家治理能力和治理体系现代化，到今年三月提出将环境质量纳入约束性指标，环境污染问题越来越重要，环境和发展问题成了首要问题。环境绩效及披露已经日益收到显著的关注。本文从环境信息披露指标、环境绩效指标、企业权益资本成本指标和其他相关变量对随机抽样的30个样本进行描述性分析、相关性分析和回归分析，对环境信息披露、环境绩效和企业权益资本成本三者之间的关系进行实证研究，发现环境信息披露水平与环境绩效呈现正相关性，与企业权益资本成本呈现负相关性。77791

Abstract：With  proposed to green development, promote governance capacity and governance system modernization, to March this year proposed to incorporate binding targets of environmental quality, environmental pollution problems more and more important, the environment and development has become a priority。 Environmental performance and disclosure has increasingly received significant attention。 From the environmental disclosure index, environmental performance indicators, corporate equity capital cost indicators and other relevant variables on 30 samples randomly selected descriptive analysis, correlation and regression analysis, environmental information disclosure, environmental performance and corporate equity capital empirical study of the relationship between the cost of the three, and found the level of environmental disclosure and environmental performance are positively correlated, and corporate cost of equity capital showed a negative correlation。

1。引言

过去几十年来,我国的经济取得了巨大的发展,但在经济发展的同时也带来了很大的环境破坏。因此,追求循环发展、治理环境污染就显得日益重要，对调整经济结构、转变发展方式都有着很大的影响。随着经济的不断快速发展，我国不断提倡国家治理能力和治理体系现代化，今年三月首次将环境质量纳入约束性指标，环境问题越来越受关注，环境绩效及信息披露也日益成为各个企业重要的信息。但是在当今中国，对于环境污染比较严重的企业，当企业发行股票或有重大影响的环境事件发生时，就会被要求进行相应的环境信息披露。本文对环境信息披露水平和环境绩效之间的关系进行研究分析，以及与企业权益资本成本之间具有何种关系。
