摘 要：现今社会条件下环境问题越发严重，自改革开放之后，钢铁行业在我国社会经济的迅猛发展中得到快速发展。但是只追求经济而忽略环境的可持续发展，将导致社会面临着更大的环境保护以及治理问题，中国政府近些年开始不断加强对钢铁行业环境的规制强度。本文基于波特假说，展开研究分析，针对环境规制强度对我国钢铁企业技术创新和经营绩效的影响进行实证分析，探讨在创新和规制条件下，钢铁企业的发展之路。最后基于上述条件分析的基础上，为我国钢铁行业的环境规制政策以及技术创新等提出合理建议，推动钢铁企业经营绩效的提升。77849

Abstract: Environmental problems are more and more serious under the current social condition。 Since the policy of reforming and opening, the iron and steel industry expands rapidly under the fast development of China's social economy。 But if we just pursue economy while neglect the sustainable development of the environment, it will cause social now facing greater environmental protection and governance issues。 In recent years, Chinese government has continuously enhanced the strength of environmental regulation in the iron and steel industry。 On the basis of Porter Hypothesis, this paper launches the research and analysis of iron and steel industry。 As well as, this paper makes an empirical analysis, what points at the influence of intensity about environmental regulation on technological innovation and management performance。 It discusses in the condition of innovation and regulation, the developing road of iron and steel enterprises。 Finally, based on the analysis of the above conditions, we put forward reasonable suggestions for China's iron and steel industry on the policy of environmental regulation and technological innovation, promoting the management performance of Iron and steel enterprises to upgrade。
