阿里巴巴社交网络慈善捐赠与企业财务绩效

摘要近年来，慈善捐赠思想越来越被更多人知晓，但同时，企业作为社会经济的一部分，并没有充分承担自己的慈善捐赠义务。因此，开展与企业慈善捐赠相关的研究有非常重要的理论实践意义。

本文创新性地引入社交网络这个概念，目前学术界还没有社交网络的相关文献资料。文章对几个概念进行了研究综述，阐述了相关理论基础并对社交网络、慈善捐赠与企业财务绩效之间的关系进行理论分析。最后，通过案例研究法对社交网络对慈善捐赠的影响进行论证，通过事件研究法对慈善捐赠对企业财务绩效的影响进行实证分析。研究结果显示：社交网络通过舆论给企业造成社会压力，对企业进行慈善捐赠有一个督促作用。慈善捐赠对提高企业财务绩效有积极地影响。78947

Abstract In recent years,the charity thought was known by more and be more people，but at the same time,as part of the social economy， the enterprise has not fully undertake the obligation to their charitable giving。 Therefore，Carry out research related to corporate philanthropy has been very important significance of theory and practice。

This article is innovated in introducing the concept of social network，presently has no social networking literature。 The article studied the concept of a few reviews， this paper expounds the relevant theoretical basis and the social network， the relationship between the charitable giving and corporate financial performance theory analysis。 Finally，study the social network to the influence of charitable giving by case method，study the charitable donations to the influence of enterprise financial performance through the event method。
