我国医药制造业上市公司股权融资偏好研究

摘要在面临企业发展资金需求时，我国上市公司会优先选择股权融资。因为医药行业的特殊性，我国医药制造业上市公司的股权融资偏好更为显著。但是大量的股权融资不仅没有提高我国医药制造业上市公司发展的速度和企业资源配置的效率，反而导致上市公司的治理效率低下，甚至损害中小投资者的利益等等。所以本文以我国医药制造业上市公司为研究样本，在对股权融资偏好影响因素研究分析的基础上，尝试为企业优化自身融资结构以及提高自身治理效率等方面提出相关建议。79490

Title Study on Equity Financing Preference of China’s Pharmaceutical Public Companies

Abstract When faced with the need of enterprise development funds, China's listing Corporation will give priority to the choice of equity financing。 Because of the special nature of the pharmaceutical industry, China's pharmaceutical manufacturing listing Corporation's equity financing preference is more significant。 But a lot of equity financing did not improve efficiency of Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies in the manufacturing industry development speed and enterprise resource allocation, but lead to the listed company governance efficiency is low, or even damaging the interests of small investors and so on。 So in this paper, China's pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies as research samples, based on analysis of the factors of influence on the equity financing preference, try to put forward relevant suggestions for the enterprise optimization its financing structure, improving its governance efficiency and so on。
