摘要: 近年来，随着中小企业的不断发展，已然成为了我国经济的重要组成部分。对促进经济发展和社会进步有着不可忽视的作用。但是我国中小企业仍然存在着很多生存危机和财务管理问题。如企业资金匮乏，筹资融资困难。企业的财务管理工作基础薄弱，没有健全的财务管理制度和在投资上盲目性，投资行为缺乏科学性等问题严重影响了中小企业的发展。对此，本文在分析和研究了此类问题后，相应的提出了加强中小企业内部环境财务管理、增加中小企业融资能力、建立健全中小企业财务管理制度和如何提高投资决策的科学性，避免盲目投资降低风险性等一系列解决方案。来完善中小企业财务管理。81632
