摘 要:随着这几年中国的加速发展，金融行业逐渐与国际接轨，整体面貌日趋健全，但是，国际金融动荡以及许多不确定因素也会影响到国内金融行业的发展。尤其是银行业，最近几年更是与时代接轨，推出网上银行，使得银行市场变得越来越自由化。同时面临着不可预料的经营环境，就如目前我国商业银行贷款风险尤为突出，而其中占主要地位的农村商业银行在贷款这一方面还依旧存在很多问题需要解决。文章希望通过对江苏省海安农村商业银行的贷款情况及现状，以及贷款中存在的贷款现状和它的风险分析，期望能够为海安农村商业银行提供参考建议，推动海安农村商业银行平稳快速发展。81635

Abstract: With the accelerated development of China in recent few years, the finance industry gradually connects with the world and the overall face is becoming more and more perfect。 But, international financial turbulence and many uncertain factors will also influence the development of domestic finance industry。 Especially banking industry which connect with the world in recent years。 Online bank is launched, which makes bank market become freer and freer。 At the same time, it is faced with unpredictable operation environment。 For example, At present, the  loan risk of our country’s commercial banks is particularly prominent。 While rural commercial banks which occupy a dominant position in them still have many problems to be solved in loan aspect。 Through the loan situation and status of the rural commercial banks of Haian, Jiangsu Province and the loan status and its risk analysis, this article hopes to be able to provide reference suggestions for rural commercial banks in Haian in order to promote the stable and fast development of rural commercial banks of Haian。
