摘要随着计算机技术的发展,互联网成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道。档案管理作为企业管理的一部分,也在逐步走向信息化.新一代的智能回转档案柜系统正以方便快捷的特点慢慢进入人们的生活,它将传统的档案管理方式彻底地解脱出来,提高了效率,减轻工作人员以往繁忙的工作,也减小出错的概率。智能回转档案柜控制系统软件包括嵌入式控制软件、上位机控制、通讯软件和档案信息管理系统,本课题的内容针对档案管理系统软件的设计和开发。系统基于B/S架构,采用ASP.NET开发环境,以SQL Server 2008为后台数据库,Visual C#编程语言为前台开发工具,主要完成档案录入、档案管理、档案查询、借阅管理、用户管理、档案统计等功能,满足了企业档案管理的基本需求。10942 关键词 档案管理 B/S ASP.NET C# 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title The software design of file cabinet control system based on B/S structure Abstract With the development of computer technology, the Internet by which we obtain, release and deliver information quickly has become more and more popular to people. The file management as part of corporate management is gradually moving towards the information technology.A new generation of smart rotary file cabinet control system taking the advantage of convenience and shortcut is entering peoples’ life slowly. Smart rotary file cabinet control system includes embedded control software, PC control software, PC communications software and file information management system. It is completely freed from the traditional file management. It not only improves efficiency by reducing the busy work of the past, but also reduces the probability of error. The subjects discussed in the file management system software design and development. The system in this paper based on B/S structure uses ASP.NET development environment, adopts SQL Server 2008 database as background database, Visual C# language as development tools. It has the function of file import, file management, file query, lending management, user management, file statistics and so on. The system operation result proved that the PC software part of the file cabinet control system in this paper can meet the demand of the enterprise. It has reached its design requirements.
