微细孔道内火药燃烧和燃气流动特性研究

摘要侵蚀燃烧是内孔燃烧火药的一种普遍现象,侵蚀燃烧现象可改变火药燃烧的规律。因为推进剂装药密度的变化,不同装填密度的推进剂的内孔与外部形成压力差,这导致发射药内孔发生侵蚀燃烧。根据发射药内孔燃气流动的流速、压力与燃速的关系,研究侵蚀燃烧对发射装药总体性能的影响,建立发射装药侵蚀燃烧的数学模型,分析发射药内部压力、密度、气流温度、流速、内孔截面积的变化规律。19176 本毕业设计旨在对微细孔道内火药燃烧与燃气流动特性进行研究,通过计算机仿真,对微细孔道内火药燃烧与燃气流动特性中的应用进行探讨总结。 本文研究如下: 1. 介绍微细孔道内火药燃烧与燃气流动特性的研究发展、意义及本文工作内容。 2.设计推导微细孔道内火药燃烧及燃气流动的一文模型。 3.采用数值差分方法实现微细孔道内燃气流动过程的数值计算,研究分析比较不同孔道长度、直径、燃气压力及火药燃烧速率等参量对火药内孔燃烧过程的影响。 关键词 微细孔道 火药燃烧 燃气流动 毕业论文外文摘要 Title characteristics of gunpowder combustion and gas flowing in fine channels Abstract Erosion combustion is a common phenomenon of burning gunpowder, Erosion combustion phenomena can change the burning law. Because loading density of gunpowder propellant charge changes, a different loading density of transmitter drug is suffered with different pressure at inner hole and external, this pressure difference result in erosion combustion in propellant bore ,when gunpowder inside the bore hole burns . Taking advantages of the impact of velocity , heat transfer and scouring on the burning rate of erosion, researching on the impact of artillery propellant charge on propellant burning rate, establishing mathematical model of erosion combustion of propellant charge,to analyze the variation of internal pressure , density, air temperature, flow rate, cross-sectional area of the hole. The graduation of the fine channels researched on gunpowder burn and gas flow characteristics through computer simulation, the fine pore gunpowder combustion and gas flow characteristics are discussed in the summary of the application. This study were as follows: 1. The introduction of development ,the significance of the combustion of gunpowder and characteristics of gas flowing in fine channels and content of this paper work. 2. Design and derive one-dimensional model of the combustion of gunpowder and gas flowing in Fine channels . 3. Use differential numerical methods to complete the calculations of process of gas flowing in fine channels, write computer programs, analysis and compare the effect of different channel length, diameter, gas pressure and gunpowder burning rate and other parameters on the combustion process in the inner bore.
