射频识别技术的公司会议签到系统前台子系统设计

摘要在公司中,会议的召开是必不可少的。然而现在公司召开的会议,绝大多还处于采用手动签到的方式,不仅效率很低,而且容易出现错误,不便于公司管理。为公司召开的会议实现会议签到数据采集、数据统计和会议信息查询过的自动化,设计一个基于射频技术的智能会议签到系统显得十分必要,它与纸质签到相比优势非常明显。87203

本课题是设计一种基于射频识别技术(RFID)的,在Windows平台的公司会议签到系统中的子系统部分。RFID是一种利用感应、无线电波或者微波能量来进行非接触的双向通信,能实现识别和交换数据目的的自动识别技术。通过系统调研,收集资料,完成了前台签到子系统的分析与设计,本系统的主要功能包括:前台签到点子系统流程管理功能、签到功能、显示功能、手动签到功能以及附属功能,其中附属功能包括与会人员信息和会议信息的查询、导出、打印功能。最后,在Visual Studio 2015 开发平台之上,利用SQL 数据库,配合RFID读卡器完成了系统的实现。

经过测试,本系统运行效率符合要求,实施效果良好,极大地改善了公司会议的组织和管理效率,在一定程度上促进了公司生产力的提高。

This task is to design a based on radio frequency identification (RFID), part of the。RFID subsystem in the company conference registration system in the Windows platform is a two-way communication by induction, radio or microwave energy to non contact, can realize the automatic recognition and exchange of data to collect information through。 System research, completed the analysis and design of checking system, the main functions of this system include: checking subsystem of process management function, sign function, display function, manual sign function and ancillary functions, which include the subsidiary function of participants information and conference information query, export, print function。 Finally, in Visual Studio 2015 development platform, using SQL database, with RFID card reader to complete the system implementation。

After testing, the system operating efficiency of the requirements, the implementation of good results, greatly improve the organization and management efficiency of the company meeting, to a certain extent, promote the improvement of the company's productivity。
