摘要:旅游地产是旅游业和房地产业相结合的产业形式,已逐渐发展成为我国重要的经济增长点之一。旅游业与房地产业都是第三产业中附加值高、关联性强的产业,随着旅游地产快速发展及其占我国国民经济比重的快速提高,旅游地产的健康发展对于旅游业由规模经济向系统经济发展模式转变具有积极作用,对促进房地产业和旅游业的进一步融合、两大产业的良性互动发展也具有重要意义。 本文首先对旅游地产的概念,特点等理论依据进行了介绍,然后简要阐述了近年来旅游地产的运营现状,从而可以看出我国旅游地产的发展趋势。进而运用理论和实证分析相结合的方法,对旅游地产四种运营模式的运营模式内涵、适用产品类型进行了介绍。同时引入了四种模式的典型案例做更深入的研究,着重分析其模式构成,进一步了解旅游地产的运营模式特点。最后,根据以上的分析对我国旅游地产运营模式提出了建议。21074 毕业论文关键词: 旅游地产;运营模式;利益相关者理论 The Research on Tourism Real Estate Operating Modes Abstract:Tourism real estate is combination of tourism and real estate, and gradually becoming an important new source of economic growth. Both tourism and real estate are high additional value and high relevancy industry. Tourism real estate is growing very fast in China today, and its proportion in the national economy has gone up continuously. The healthy development of real estate for tourism to the system by the economies of scale economic development mode change, plays an active role in promoting tourism and real estate industry further integration of two big industries, the further interaction development also have an important meaning. Firstly introducing the theoretical basis of the tourist real estate, include the concept and character, so we can see that the development trend of it. Then adopt demonstration analysis and theoretical analysis to look at and appraise union method, I summarized four operating modes currently. Then analysising the core concept and profit formula of the mode. Finally putting forward some proposal of the tourism real estate based on the above research.
