405nm光激发小鼠血清荧光谱倾斜指数研究

摘要荧光光谱分析法具有灵敏度高、选择性好和样品用量少等优点,在癌症的早期诊断方面极具发展前景。

本文通过对实验检测获取的接种肝癌小鼠血清的荧光光谱进行数据处理,研究其谱线特征与肿瘤的相关性。主要分析了激发光波长为405 nm的光谱数据,研究发现在420-710nm波段荧光谱具有展宽的单峰结构,并且该峰随着接种小鼠生长的天数不断变化,具体表现为随接种肿瘤的生长,光谱的峰位向短波方向有显著偏移(蓝移)。

除了峰位以外,本文还研究了以谱线的其它参量和谱峰上升沿、下降沿倾斜指数来量化光谱的变化。统计分析结果表明,在405nm光激发的荧光光谱中,谱线峰值强度增大,谱峰上升沿倾斜指数增大,谱峰下降沿倾斜指数减小,谱峰左偏,且谱峰的宽度减小。87516

本文的研究方法和结果可以为荧光光谱技术应用于肿瘤早期诊断的相关研究提供有价值的参考。

Title   A study in tilt index of mice serum fluorescence  spectrum which is excited by 405nm light         

Abstract Fluorescence spectrometry has high sensitivity and excellent selectivity and needs low samples which has the potential to diagnose early staged cancer.

In this paper, an experimental method was used to obtain the serum fluorescence spectra of the hepatoma mice。 After data processing, we research the relationship between spectral characteristics and tumor。 We mainly analysis the data of spectrum which is excited by 405nm light。 The findings demonstrate that broadening unimodal structure is discovered in the fluorescence spectra ranging from 420-710nm。 With the inoculated mice growing, the peak constantly changes。 The result is that with the inoculated tumor growing, the position of spectral peak obviously shifts to the side of short waves。

In this paper, the method that using other parameters of spectral lines and the tilt index of spectral peak rising and falling edge to quantify the change of spectrum except the position of peak is researched。 The result of statistic and analysis shows that in the 405nm light excited case, the value of the peak and the tilt index of spectral peak rising edge increase and the tilt index of spectral peak falling edge decrease。 It proves that the peak of spectrum sways to the left and the width of the peak reduces。

The research methods and results will contribute to the application of fluorescence spectroscopic methods into the early detection of cancer.
