稻田土壤锌含量对水稻海藻糖代谢的影响

摘要海藻糖是在自然条件下就存在的一种非还原性糖,它在植物的抗逆性中起到了重要的作用。为了探究Zn2+胁迫对水稻植株海藻糖代谢的影响,本实验设置浓度为50、75、100、125、150 mg/kg的Zn2+溶液灌溉水稻,测定灌溉后土壤和水稻的Zn2+含量,水稻叶鞘中海藻糖、葡萄糖含量和海藻糖酶活性的变化情况。研究结果表明灌溉水溶液中Zn2+能够显著提高土壤和水稻中Zn2+含量,但是水稻的富集是有一定限度的。水稻植株在面对外界锌胁迫时,可以通过改变海藻糖酶活性,主要是可溶性海藻糖酶(Tre1)活性,直接改变海藻糖含量来抵御外界环境胁迫对细胞带来的伤害。葡萄糖是通过海藻糖酶专一性分解海藻糖得到的。葡萄糖的含量呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,这能够间接证明重金属锌对水稻的双重性作用,即低浓度促进其生长发育,高浓度有毒害作用。相关研究有助于揭示海藻糖在抵抗重金属胁迫中的代谢变化情况,在一定意义上帮助人们更好地理解海藻糖非生物胁迫适应中的确切作用。88790

Abstract Trehalose is a non reducing sugar which exists in natural environment, and it plays an important role in plant stress resistance。 In order to explore the effects of Zn2+ stress on rice plants trehalose metabolism, the experiment set up the Zn2+ solution with concentration of 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150 mg/kg to irrigate rice。 The content of Zn2+ in soil and rice after irrigation, the contents of trehalose、glucose and the activity of trehalase in the rice leaf sheath were determined。 The results showed that Zn2+ irrigation could significantly increase the content of Zn2+ in soil and rice, but there was a limit to the enrichment of rice。 The rice plants in the face of external zinc stress, can change the trehalase activity, mainly were soluble trehalase activity (Tre1), and it can directly change the trehalose content to resist environmental damage on cell。 Glucose is obtained by the enzymatic hydrolysis of trehalose by trehalase 。 The content of glucose increased first and then decreased, which could indirectly prove the dual effect of heavy metal zinc on rice, that is, low concentration promoted the growth and development, and the high concentration have toxic effect on rice。 The related research can help to reveal the metabolic changes of trehalose in the resistance to heavy metal stress, which can help people to understand the exact role of trehalose in abiotic stress adaptation。
