摘要: 一个功能齐全的考勤管理系统能够有效地帮助公司在人事管理上对员工出勤排班进行管理,系统全面实现了企业的基本管理要求,能很好地提高公司的工作效率和管理能力。次课题就是以适应时代的潮流所提出的。它结合了公司的日常考勤使用机制,可以实现日常的考勤,考勤的统计,考勤查询,员工的管理和一系列的数字化,智能化工作,如此去更换的之前的费时,费力,容易出错,繁琐的手工考勤方式。使用该公司的各种信息,对员工出勤进行全面的统计,以便公司做出适当的奖励制度。 在本文中,自上而下的结构化布线系统分析方法,阐述了一个全功能的时间和考勤的管理系统,它的开发过程中,运作程序和一些核心技术。本文进行了项目概述,简短地介绍了项目开发和项目发展的客观意义上的背景,接着是系统规划阶段,通过实际的业务流程的研究,分析了系统的组织结构,具体考核管理系统的需求分析,可行性分析,其次是完成特定的数据流分析系统,系统设计阶段的划分功能模块,数据库设计和系统界面设计。在各个模块的功能进行了详细设计,形成的系统的功能框图,在此基础上,选择适当的开发模型,先进行数据库设计概念结构设计,随后的逻辑结构设计,最后完成数据库表的设计。 根据分析和调查,系统设计方面决定采用C/S模式。NET技术的基本功能,后台数据库使用SQL Server 2008的数据库来实施。该系统的设计实现考勤管理系统,为考勤管理系统为基础的经营提供了良好的条件。 关键词:人事考勤;C#;SQL Server 2008;ADO.NET; Company Attendance Management System Design and Implementation Abstract: A full-featured time and attendance management system can help companies effectively manage personnel scheduling on employee attendance management, and comprehensive system to achieve the enterprise's basic management requirements, can well improve the company's efficiency and management capabilities.
