摘  要:视频监控具有悠久的历史,历来被广泛使用在安防领域,以协助公共安全部门打击犯罪、维持社会安定。近些年来,视频监控正越来越广泛地渗透到娱乐、酒店、教育、政府、运动等其他各种领域。随着Internet、计算机、传输技术以及图像处理的飞速发展,尤其伴随移动通信技术的跨越式发展,视频监控从有线网络监控发展到了移动视频监控。智能手机是当下移动视频监控终端设备最理想的选择。在多种技术融合的背景下,提出一种智能的移动视频监控系统的设计方案,侧重对Android平台视频监控客户端进行研究与设计,并对涉及到关键技术展开研究。监控系统主要利用网络摄像头直接读取视频流,之后通过Internet在智能手机上面进行实时播放,使用户可以即时通过智能手机对家居环境进行远程监视。监控系统采用C/S架构:客户端为基于Android平台的智能手机,实时显示远程监视画面;服务器端为1台带有摄像头的PC,部署在用户家中,负责连接、控制监控设备并与用户的智能手机进行通信。最终的系统测试结果表明,该客户端能够满足远程视频监控的需求。93798

Abstract :Video surveillance has a long history, which has always been widely used in the field of security, to assist the public security departments to combat crime and maintain social stability。 In recent years, video surveillance is more and more widely penetrated into entertainment, hospitality, education, government, sports and other various fields。 With the rapid development of computer, networking, image processing, and transmission technology, especially with the rapid development of mobile communication, video surveillance has been developed to mobile video surveillance from a wired network monitoring。 The smartphone mobile video surveillance terminal equipment is the best choice。 Under the background of a variety of technology integration, this paper puts forward a kind of intelligent design of mobile video surveillance system, focus on the Android platform video monitor client to carry on the research and design, and the involved key technology in the study。 The monitoring system mainly uses the network camera to read the video stream directly, and then carries on the real-time playing on the smart phone through the internet, so that the user can real-time remote monitoring of the home environment through the smart phone。 The monitoring system uses c / s architecture: the client is the smart phone based on Android platform, real-time display remote monitoring screen; The server is a PC with a camera, deployed in the user's home, responsible for connecting, controlling the monitoring device and communicating with the user's smartphone。 The final system test results show that the clients can meet the needs of remote video monitor。
