冲压外圈滚针轴承全自动装配机设计+CAD图纸

摘要作为广大轴承家族的一员,冲压外圈滚针轴承因其优良的使用性能,在它出现的半个多世纪里,强烈吸引着人们的视线。近些年来,由于人类文明的进步与科学技术的迅猛发展,机械制造产业对冲压外圈滚针轴承的需求量越来越大,因此如何加快冲压外圈滚针轴承的生产效率已成为一个重要的研究课题。26162
本文就如何实现冲压外圈滚针轴承滚针的快速装配这一问题重点研究并设计了一套可以满足轴承装配需求的全自动装配机。
本文在机械结构部分重点介绍了滚针给料机构,滚针压入机构,滚针扶正机构的设计方案,叙述了整套装配机的设计原理与工作过程;在自动控制系统部分,介绍了硬件系统的硬件组成以及软件系统的工作流程。26162
在本文中,装配机是在一定的要求下完成的,在充分了解了机械结构的基础上,添加了一套自动控制系统,这在冲压外圈滚针轴承装配领域是一次新的尝试。

 Abstract
As a member of many bearings,needle roller bearings strongly attracted people's vision because of its great operation performance.In recent years,due to the progress of human civilization and the rapid development of science and technology,the demand for needle roller bearings is bigger and bigger on machinery manufacturing industry ,so how to speed up the production efficiency of needle roller bearings has become an important research subject for researchers.
In this paper, we will discuss how to realize the rapid assembly of needle roller bearings,and we will design a set of automatic assembly machine which can meet the demand of bearing assembly.
On the mechanical structure part of this paper, we mainly introduce the needle feeding mechanism,needle into institutions,roller needle centralizer institutions, describe the whole design principle and working process of assembly machine;On the part of automatic control system,this paper introduces the hardware composition of the hardware system and the work-flow of software system.
In this paper,assembly machine is designed at a certain request.On the basis of fully understanding of the mechanical structure,we add a set of automatic control system,which is a new attempt in the field of needle roller bearing assembly.
