GeniE的FPSO火炬臂结构设计与强度校核

摘要:火炬臂(Flareboom)是一种外形类似于起重机吊臂,在顶端装有石油燃烧装置的桁架式转臂,常见于海洋采油平台,其主要功能是将海洋油气开采过程中产生的废气输送至燃烧系统进行燃烧处理,避免废气泄漏造成环境污染,保障平台安全。在火炬臂的设计过程中,首先,要考虑在服役过程中受到的各种载荷的影响,比如自重,风载,冰载,以及由于平台运动产生的惯性载荷等等对火炬臂结构强度造成的影响,除去这些基本载荷,还有风浪组合载荷,拖行时的运动和焊接工艺等对结构造成的疲劳损伤;除此之外,还需考虑火炬塔起吊与安装过程中的受力情况。火炬臂是否符合规范要求,达到安全标准,关系到海洋平台的安全,因此对火炬臂结构设计和强度分析有着重要的意义。 首先通过GeniE建立起吊过程中火炬臂的有限元模型,计算分析起吊过程中火炬臂的受力情况。然后建立安装过程中的有限元模型,使用GineE计算火炬塔底部的支反力,将所得的支反力添加进基础模型里,在GeniE和ANSYS里分别进行强度校核。然后计算基本载荷工况和组合载荷工况,用ANSYS进行焊缝模拟检查。最后对结构进行屈曲检查和强度校核,使火炬臂的最终设计满足DNV相关规范要求,本报告对FPSO火炬臂的建造有一定的指导性作用。 关键词:FPSO火炬臂;有限元模型;桁架结构设计;强度分析 Abstract:Flare boom is similar to the crane boom, at the top with oil burning device truss-type arm. In the flare boom design process,at first, we must consider the impact of various loads during service received, such as self-weight, wind load, ice load and the impact load due to inertia movement of the platform and so on the structural strength of the flare boom caused. Except these basic loads, as well as wind and waves combined load and fatigue damage dragging due to the towing phase and welding process.In addition, we need to consider the force situation of flare tower during lifting and installation process. Whether the flare boom is in compliance with the specification requirements and meet the safety standards related to the safety of the offshore platform, so it is important to study the design of the torch. The finite element model of the flare boom is built by GeniE, and the force of the flare boom during the lifting process is calculated and analyzed by it too. The FE model of installation phase will be builted in GeniE, the reaction force at the bottom of flare tower in fixed condition will be calculated in GeniE and the obtained reaction force will be added to local foundation model for strength check in GeniE and ANSYS separately. Then analyze and calculate the basic load conditions and combined load conditions, after that, the welding check is carried out by ANSYS. Finally, the buckling check and strength check of the structure are carried out, which makes the final design meet the relevant specifications of DNV. This report has a certain guiding effect on the construction of FPSO flare boom.
