11000DWT油船锚泊及系泊设备设计+CAD图纸

摘要:锚泊和系泊作为船舶停泊的两种方式,在船舶中是重中之重。而本文设计的的是油船,油船种类特殊,因此对于油船锚泊及系泊设备的要求越来越高,锚设备及系泊设备作为一项重要的船舶舾装设备,在油船离靠岸和航行中负着极其重要的使命。所以油船在海上的抛锚停泊时的锚设备选取至关重要。

本文由船东要求,驶向日本的近海油船,所以本文均采用《国内航行海船建造规范》2006修改后的规范要求设计。

本文分为三大部分:第一部分选用的是舾装数法来确定锚的重量和锚链,通过舾装数N=1158,最终选取了C型(矩形短杆)霍尔锚,又由霍尔锚及防撞舱壁到船头的距离逐步确定锚链筒、锚链舱、锚链管等设备。经过整理对比与验证,按照经验公式及法规来确定锚泊设备的布置,同时对起锚机的选取和功率估算也作出了一定的解释。第二部分通过舾装数法及防火防撞等因素来确定系泊索的数量和材质,并对带缆桩、导缆孔、导缆器、系泊机械的选取进行确定。最后整合进行系泊设备布置。本文的最后,即第三部分对锚的发展历史、对大抓力锚的改进和应用进行介绍。以及对大抓力锚的前景进行探讨。另附11000油船的锚设备布置图和系泊设备布置图以及锚链配置图。
