圆筒型FPSO分段划分技术研究

摘要:圆筒型FPSO分段划分技术研究为圆筒型FPSO关键技术研究的子课题,以南通中远船务在建工程研究内容圆筒型FPSO为背景开展关键建造技术研究。划分合理与否直接影响产品质量、生产效率、生产成本、发挥船厂设备潜力和改善劳动条件等技术经济指标。根据圆筒型FPSO船型特点,考虑分段划分设计原则和分段划分影响因素,并结合该船厂的生产条件和施工方法对其进行分段划分方案研究。介绍了圆筒型FPSO的各个模块。给出了圆筒型FPSO分段划分方案设计方案,得到完整的分段划分图,主要包括:双层底层分段划分、筒体层分段划分、主甲板分段划分、生产甲板分段划分、上层建筑分段划分、油气生产模块分段划分。分段划分时采用分层的方法合理地来划分分段,以提高生产效率,提高船舶质量,降低建造成本和优化建造工艺。选取了50A分段,通过Sesam软件建立分段和眼板的有限元模型,有限元模型在GeniE生成。通过计算结果图,得到结构承受的应力和剪应力,验证50A分段的结构完整性和在起重作业中眼板强度。为后续类似船型分段划分探索出了一种新的方法。

Abstract:The research of cylinder FPSO segmentation technology is a sub subject of the key technology research of cylinder type FPSO.,Which is carried out under the background of cylinder FPSO of Nantong COSCO Shipping construction project.Whether the pision is reasonable or not will directly affect the quality of products, production efficiency, production costs, technical and economic indicators such as the potential of shipyard equipment and the improvement of working conditions.According to the characteristics of cylinder type FPSO ship, taking into account the design principle of subsection pision and influencing factors of subsection pision, and combining with the production condition and construction method of this shipyard, the scheme of subsection pision is studied.Each module of the cylinder type FPSO is introduced.The design scheme of cylinder type FPSO segmentation scheme is given, and a complete block pision diagram is obtained.When the section is pided, a layered method is adopted to pide  the segments reasonably, so as to improve production efficiency, improve ship quality, reduce construction cost and optimize construction process.The 50A subsection is selected, and the finite element model of segment and pad eyes is built by Sesam software, and the finite element model is generated in GeniE.The stress and shear stress of the structure are obtained by calculating the result graph,verify the structural integrity of 50A segments and the pad eyes strength during lifting operations.It is possible to explore a new method for the subsequent subpision of similar ship types.
