大数据环境下常态社会舆情基于不同传播媒介传播主题的关联与差异研究

摘要互联网技术不断更新与飞速推进,使得舆情事件固有的传播模式和舆论的传播方式发生质的变化,网络也已然成为反应社会舆情的主要载体,进而成为人们了解舆情事件和发表评论观点的重要渠道。互联网不仅构建了立体网状的传播体系,也使社会进入到新媒体时代。26380
新媒体的崛起,尤其是微博、论坛、博客以及新闻门户网站的广泛使用,拓宽了民众获取最新舆情事件的渠道。借用这些新媒体工具,民众不仅可以随时随地了解最新的舆情事件,而且还可以实时发表自己的观点和看法并进行转载和宣传。但是由于对新媒体的管理比较困难,舆情事件在新媒体中的传播速度又非常迅速,新媒体也未形成比较完整的审核制度,严重缺乏对舆情事件或者舆论的真实性和可靠性的验证机制,参与人数又比较多,因此新媒体也为虚假消息和负面舆论的快速传播和大量蔓延提供了更加便利的条件。舆情事件发生后,通过新媒体得到了快速的传播,大量的公众也会参与其中并进行评论;在此过程中,依托新媒体的各类特性,大量的虚假消息也会迅速的进入人们的视野并不断地扰乱人们的视线,不断地冲击和煽动民众的不满情绪,导致大量的负面舆论出现和快速传染,为舆情事件负面影响的急剧上升变化起到助推器的作用,因此在一定程度上新媒体已然成为了舆情事件和舆论恶化升级的“助推器”和重要的“帮凶”。
本文主要任务是重点选取几种典型的传播媒介,通过对比分析每天/每周同一传播媒介中公众关注的热点舆情话题、不同传播媒介中所关注的热点舆情话题,研究分析常态事件中媒体报道率、链接率、公众的关注度、覆盖的主题范围及评论主题,来进一步了解常态社会舆情基于不同媒介传播主题间的关联与差异,得出比较客观、普遍又具有可验性的结论,为社会舆情有效控制和完善已有的控制机制提供帮助与参考。

Abstract
Internet technology constantly updated with the rapid development of today's network has become the way people understand public opinion views the events and comment on the main channel. Public opinion after the incident, has been the rapid adoption of new media communication, a lot of the public will participate and comment; in this process, relying on the convenience of the new media, a large number of false news will quickly coming into view and continue to disrupt people's attention, continue to impact and inciting public discontent, lead to a lot of negative public opinion and the rapid emergence of infection, a sharp rise in the event of change of public opinion, the negative impact of acts booster, new media has become the deterioration of public opinion and the media event escalation "booster" and important "accomplice."
