DEFORM圆柱体坯料压缩变形过程应变场分布的研究

摘要:本文利用DEFORM有限元软件对压缩变形过程中圆柱体坯料的应变场分布情况进行了模拟研究,得到了不同压下率的应变场云图和等值线图。通过在模拟图上取点成线,在压缩过程中研究点的变化,从而得出各点压应变并且知道它的变形规律。模拟结果表明:圆柱体内部不同位置的变形不同,圆柱体中间的应变最大,离中间越远应变越小,且该不均匀变形的分布情况随压下率增大而增大。随后,分别通过实验验证和光塑性法两个方面对上述数值模拟结果进行了验证,两者基本一致,从而验证了本文采用的有限元模拟法在分析压缩变形过程中应变场分布方面的可行性和可靠性。最后分别用Gaussian函数、柯西-洛伦兹函数以及Vogit函数对对称轴处压应变分布规律进行了拟合,拟合结果表明:压缩变形过程中,坯料内部的应变分布规律可用上述函数来表达.5488

Study on the distribution of strain field compression deformation of cylinder blank
Abstract:In this paper,The upsetting deformation process of cylinder blank mesh deformation process is simulated by finite element software DEFORM,Compressive strain images with different reduction ratio and contour maps were obtained。By taking the point into line in simulation,studying on changes in the compression process, we can get the reduction rate and that deformation rules of it. The simulation results show that: the different positions of the compression ratio, cylinder intermediate reduction rate is maximum, intermediate farther reduction rate is smaller. Then, through experimental verification and photoplastic method two of the numerical simulation results have been verified, verification of the results is coincident, thus verifying the finite element simulation method in the analysis of upsetting process feasibility and reliability of the strain field distribution.Finally using Gaussian function, Cauchy - Lorenz function and the Vogit function compressive strain distribution on the axis of symmetry for the fitting, the fitting results show that:we can use the function to express the compression deformation, strain distribution of the available stock to express.
