摘要:科技的发展趋势之一就是让几乎所有的东西具备一定的智能。如此智能在一方面可以避免人的复杂性带来的失误,而在另一方面,作为人的能力的延伸,快速、便捷、有效地适应新环境。本课题研究的通用变送器的数据分析系统,目的就是让变送器的老化检测工作具备一定的智能效果,能够作为工业生产的一部分,辅助变送器生产公司在老化检测这一过程中省去繁琐的重复人工测试记录。另外,可以应用在无人控制系统里,代替人类完成信息接收、处理和判断,做到远程编程,自动监控,具有高智能性、高安全性、高可靠性的完成变送器的老化检测工作。32575 数据记录分析是老化检测系统应具备的基本功能之一,以STC的IAP15F2K60S2芯片为核心,通过单片机自动控制检测老化过程中的数据并记录后发送给上位机分析和保存数据,由此设计了通用变送器的数据分析系统,并论述通用变送器的工作原理。该系统设计简单、成本低、实时性好,其测试结果也取得了预期的实验成效,使老化检测过程实现了全自动化且达到了自动过流保护的功能。 毕业论文关键词: IAP15F2K60S2;智能;自动控制;数据分析记录;过流保护。 Data Analysis System of Universal Transmitter Abstract: The trend of development in technology field is endowing our surroundings as a level of intelligence. Such intelligence on the one hand would avoid some mistakes, which come from complexity of human’s behavior; on the other hand, it would aid inpiduals adapting a new environment quickly, conveniently and effectively. This paper will introduce a general transmitter data analysis system. The aims of this topic is intellectualizing the degradation detecting of transmitter; also assisting the transmitter manufactory to detect degradation without the complex artificial multiple test logging work. Moreover, this system can apply to unmanned control system, replacing manual message receiving, judging and handling job. There are several features of the system: highly intelligent, security and reliability, remotely programming, automatically monitoring. One of the basic function of the system is analyzing the data records. Leading by the chip STC IAP15F2K60S2, the SCM will control and record the degradation detecting data automatically and send it to a host machine, then this machine will store and analyze the recordings. Based on this mechanism, I designed the general transmitter data analysis system. This system, which has clear design, lower cost and better real-time, reaches the expected effect in serials of experiments, and also accomplishes fully automatic monitoring and auto-protection of overcurrent.
