摘要:我国个人住房贷款业务飞速发展,个人住房贷款业务中的风险问题层出不穷,是我国商业银行面临和需要解决的重要问题。本文就现今我国房地产发展概况及个人房贷业务现状进行调查分析,通过与美国个人房贷的比较,从风险来源,风险种类以及把控风险的措施的角度进行分析借鉴美国经验,并探究适合我国个人住房贷款风险把控的策略和方法。个人房贷的风险来源诸多,给我国个人房贷业务的平稳发展带来潜在的威胁。需要社会各界的共同努力,建立健全个人房贷体系,采取所有可以预测风险、发现风险、控制风险的方式和方法来确保整个银行体系的平稳运行以及社会经济的稳定。33661 毕业论文关键词: 个人住房贷款业务,风险把控,中美比较 The Comparative study of controlling the risks of inpidual housing loans between China and America Abstract: Along with the vigorous development of inpidual housing loan business,the problems and risks of inpidual housing loan business is becoming increasingly important, it becomes one of the important problems of China's commercial banks that need to deal with and solve as soon as possible. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a survey and Study on Chinese housing market, and the inpidual housing loans, and compare with America’s, especially in the aspect of controlling risks. This paper will make a deep compare between China and America about the controlling the inpidual housing loans, so that we can learn a lot from foreign ways and methods to make our inpidual housing loans business more stability.Therefore, no matter which aspects risks, it will affect the development of China’s commercial banks.
