PLC+触摸屏大型卷板机控制系统设计

摘要:卷板机是一种将金属板材弯曲成筒体、椎体、曲面体或其他形体的通用成型设备,现已广泛应用于锅炉、化工、造船、航空、铁路运输及建筑等行业。随着科技的进步,市面上卷板机普遍存在效率差、精度低等缺陷,本课题意在设计高效、高精度的能够智能控制其预弯、卷板的大型卷板机。 通过对卷板机的工艺结构和工作原理了解认识,整体设计方案电气原理图卷板机的工艺结构,工作原理,然后从整体设计电气原理图,通过各个小节对控制设备进行介绍并根据设备的控制要求进行计算和选型,最后引入触摸屏与PLC的结合,人机界面配置,传感器配置,整体对控制系统在硬件上,上下位机的通讯、系统实时性的控制、用户操作界面的实现和PLC逻辑控制程序的编制。5971 关键词: 卷板机;电气控制;PLC+触摸屏 Large plate bending rolls control system design ABSTRACT:late bending rolls is a kind of sheet metal bending into cylinder, vertebral body and curved surface body, or other form of universal molding equipment, has been widely used in boilers, chemical, shipbuilding, aviation, railway transportation and construction industries. With the progress of science and technology, roll-up machine market common defects of low efficiency and low precision, this topic is meant to design high efficient and high precision to intelligent control its large bending roll bending, roll plate. Structure and conducting technical reforming on the plate bending rolls, according to the geometry and mechanical design knowledge to the work roll bending, coiling process working position in mathematical modeling, deduced the work roll in the process of geometric displacement, and then through the PC to the lower place machine realize the precise control of the actuator.
