塑性敏感元件高度自动测量仪研制+文献综述

摘要 膛压是身管发射武器设计、研制、验收中必须测量的重要参数之一。塑性变形测压法具有工作可靠、使用方便、价格低廉等突出优点,一百多年来,一直是膛压检测的主要技术手段。传统塑性敏感元件的测读方法需消耗大量的人工劳动,工作繁琐,而且容易出错。 基于此,研制一台塑性敏感元件高度自动测量仪。该测量仪由机械机构、高度测量系统和软件系统等几部分组成。机械机构用来夹持传感器;高度自动测量系统利用光栅位移传感器完成对塑性敏感元件的变形量的测量,传感器输出模拟信号,经过调理电路整形成方波,CPLD和单片机完成数据的计数和储存功能;上位机软件完成数据接收、数据判读等功能。 关键词 塑性敏感元件 高度测量 光栅传感器6234 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title The Development of the Height Automatic Measuring System of the Plastic Sensitive Element Abstract Chamber pressure is one of the important parameters which must be measured in firing weapon's design, manufacture and checking. For more than a hundred years, the method of plastic deformation for measuring pressures has been the main means to test the chamber pressure because of its advantages of reliability, convenience and low price. The traditional method of testing the height of the plastic deformation is fussy, and needs expending a lot of manual work, besides, in the traditional testing height the fault is created easily. Accordingly, the height automatic measuring system of plastic sensitive elements is designed. The system is made up of mechanical structure, height testing system and software and so on. The mechanical structure is used to clamping sensor. The highness after shooting of the plastic sensitive elements is measured by the grating displacement sensor in height testing system. Complete data after the conditioning circuit shaping a square wave, CPLD and microcontroller counts and storage functions. The data reception, date conversions are realized by PC software.
