基于教学艺术的物理师范生教学技能培养与训练

摘  要:高水平的教学技能是具有艺术性的,为了能够让物理师范生的教学技能获得更大的提高,结合教学艺术,提出“教学艺术性”教学技能。本文主要阐述了教学技能与教学艺术的联系、教学技能中的教学艺术、“教学艺术性”教学技能的培养与训练,为物理师范生教学技能的培养指出了新的方向。39214
文章在阐述与理解了教学艺术的基础上,指出了物理常规教学技能中所要具备的物理教学艺术的特点,并提出了“教学艺术性”教学技能。结合物理师范生教学技能的常规训练方法,总结出了培养和训练“教学艺术性”教学技能的四种方式。

The cultivation and training of physics normal students’ teaching skill based on the teaching art
Abstract:The high level of teaching skills is artistic, in order to make the physics normal students' teaching skills achieve greater improvement, we put forward the "artistic" teaching skills combined with the art of teaching. This thesis mainly expounds the link between teaching skills and teaching art, teaching art in teaching skills, cultivation and training of "artistic" teaching skills, which points out a new direction for training of physics normal students’ skills.
This article points out the characteristics of physics teaching art in the skills of conventional teaching in physics when it elaborates and understands what teaching art is, and put forward the "artistic" teaching skills. Combining the conventional training method of physics normal students’ teaching skills, Summed up four ways to cultivate and train the "artistic" teaching skills.
