基于SCADA现场数据的国产风力机组可靠性评估与维修决策研究

摘要风力机组作为风力发电的核心组成部分,其安装在偏远地区,一般运行环境较为恶劣,导致了风力机组故障模式众多。本文通过对江苏启东风电场的故障数据进行处理分析,对国产风力机组展开可靠性评估与维修决策研究。首先通过计算该风电场风力机组的各项可靠性与维修性指标,对国产风力机组进行了系统的可靠性评估,定性分析了可靠性与环境、季节等的相关性。此外,提出了两种风力机组可用度维修优化模型,实现对风力机组及各部件的维修决策研究。对于可用度模型Ⅰ,是在忽略风力机组检查和更换时间的前提下建立的。并且通过采用数值计算求出了满足风力机系统可用度条件的检查间隔期。对于可用度模型Ⅱ,是在可用度模型Ⅰ的基础上考虑检查和更换时间,并引入了维修时间,建立了期望可用度模型,利用MATLAB 进行优化求出最大期望可用度与最佳检查间隔期。42414 毕业论文关键词:风力机组;故障数据分析;可靠性评估;可用度模型;维修优化 Title Research on Reliability Evaluation and Maintenance Decision ofChinese Home-manufactured Wind Turbines Based on SCADA Field Data Abstract Wind turbines as the core component of wind power, which is installed in remoteareas, the operating environment is relatively poor, resulting in a large numberof wind turbine failure modes. Therefore, through the analysis of the failure dataof Jiangsu Qi Dong wind farms, the reliability evaluation and maintenance decisionresearch of Chinese home-manufactured wind turbines is carried out. Firstly, bycomputing the reliability and maintainability index of the wind turbines, asystemic reliability assessment of the Chinese home-manufactured wind turbinesis developed. The relationship between reliability and environment, seasons andso on is analyzed in a qualitative way. At the same time, two kinds of maintenanceoptimization models are put forward to achieve the maintenance decision of thewind turbines.For the availability model I, it is established under the condition of ignoringthe inspection and replacement time of the wind turbines. By doing the numericalcalculation, it is found that inspection interval which meets the availabilityconditions.For the availability model II, considering the inspection and replacement timeon the basis of the availability model I, introducing the maintenance time, andthe expected availability model is established. Using MATLAB to obtain the maximumavailability and the optimal inspection interval.
