基于ARM和WIFI的旋转弹转速和位置测量系统设计

摘要旋转弹转速和滚转角位置的测量对其性能分析极其重要,是灵巧弹药执行机构的重要参考依据。无线局域网(WIFI)技术是一种短距离无线通信技术,可以实现多个终端可以同时进行传输。

本文使用光敏二极管作传感器进行旋转弹的转速和位置测量。为了辅助测量,针对高速旋转弹测试平台上被测件拆装不便,弹载存储和测试系统无法实时监控,也难以远程控制等问题,本文设计了基于ARM与WIFI的测量电路。整个电路包含无线充电模块、以ESP8266为核心的WIFI无线通信电路、电源管理电路、信号比较与处理电路、USB转串口电路、代码下载电路以及以STM32为核心的MCU模块等电路硬件。本文对每个模块进行了简单的测试,初步验证了电路功能,为整个系统提供了硬件保障,完成了电路的功能测试,在0.3秒内实现了4000字节的测量信息无线传输。经高速转台实验验证,当转速在200Hz左右时,本系统测量的转速误差在0.6Hz以内,滚转角位置剩余偏差为9° 424553

Title     Angular velocity and position measurement system   for spinning projectile based on ARM and WIFI    

Abstract

The measurement of angular velocity and roll angle of spinning projectile is very important to the performance analysis and it is an important reference for the smart ammunition.Wireless local area network technology is a short-range wireless communication technology which can make terminals transmit simultaneously.

In this paper, the rotational speed and position measurement of the rotating projectile using a photo sensitive diode sensor. In allusion to the inconvenience of the assembly and disassembly of the test platform on the high speed spinning projectile rotating test platform and the difficulty of monitoring the missile load storage system in real time and controlling remotely,the wireless communication circuit based on ARM and WIFI is designed in this paper. The whole circuit includes a wireless charging module, WIFI wireless communication circuit with ESP8266 as the core, USB to serial port circuit, code download circuit and the MCU module with STM32 as the core and other circuit hardware. Each module were simply test and the circuit function was preliminarily verified in this paper which provides hardware support for the entire system.To test the completed circuit function test, 4000 bytes measured information was wirelessly transmissed in 0.3 seconds. The test results in high speed soinning projectile rotating test platform show that the speed error of the system is less than 0.6Hz when the rotational speed is about 200Hz.
