基于石墨烯超表面材料的波前调控特性研究

摘要将石墨烯与超表面材料结合起来,最大的优势就是通过外加在材料上电压的变化,可以改变石墨烯的电导率,从而改变结构的振荡,进而改变电磁波在结构中传输的相位,从而实现达到主动调谐波前的目的。所以基于石墨烯超表面材料的波前调控的研究因其广泛的应用前景而逐渐成为了电磁调控领域的研究热点。本文设计一种基于石墨烯超表面材料的波前调控,利用 HFSS 电磁仿真软件对其在太赫兹波段振荡性能进行研究,并通过调节施加在石墨烯上的偏置电压,改变其费米能级从而调节其振荡,进而调控石墨烯相关体系的波前特性。 该论文有图 13 幅,参考文献29篇。 51398 毕业论文关键词:石墨烯 超表面 波前调控 电磁仿真模拟 Tunable Terahertz Wavefronts Based on Graphene Meta-surfaces Abstrsct The biggest advantage of combining grephene and meta-surface meterial is changing the conductivity of graphene through the change of the voltage on the material, so as to change the structure of the oscillation, and the phase of the electromagnetic wave transmission in the structure,so as to realize the purpose of achieving active harmonic the front. Therefore, tunable terahertz wavefronts based on graphene meta-surfaces is becoming a hot research topic for its wide application prospect in the field of electromagnetic control. This paper design a model that a wavefront modulation based on graphene meta-surfaces and change the applise voltage by using HFSS to study the oscillation properties in the terahertz band in the porpose of providing the reference of theoretical and experimental in the field of the wavefront modulation based on graphene meta-surfaces.
