薄Solidworks壁铝合金制件精压机设计

摘要薄壁铝合金制件精压机的功能是将铝板通过深压形成薄壁深桶形。其组成部分分为:传动系统,冲压机构,送料机构,顶料机构。本文设计的主要思想是将其功能件冲压机构做成导杆机构,通过齿轮传动、带传动的方式将电动机的动力传递给冲压机构。通过齿轮将动力传递给送料机构,通过曲柄滑块原理将代加工物铝板送至冲压处,与冲压系统协调运动,完成冲压。本文主要研究的是以下内容:首先简要介绍了选题的目的和意义以及课题的背景资料;然后对本设计的整体结构布局和各个系统做了介绍;接着对主要机构的设计参数进行计算和分析,其中包括对减速器中开式齿轮、闭式齿轮、高速轴、低速轴以及轴承的计算校核;其次,对其他系统中运用到的曲柄滑块和导杆机构进行了设计与分析;最后,在Solidworks上对零部件进行三维建模、装配。51986

Abstract Thin aluminum parts fine press function is to form a thin-walled aluminum deep pressure through deep barrel. Divided into its component parts: Clutch, punching mechanism, feed mechanism, the top feed mechanism. The main idea of this design is to make its functionality stamping agency guides organizations through the gear drive, belt drive the way power is transmitted to the motor stamping agency. Through the gear transfers power to the feeding mechanism, through the principle of the slider-crank sent on behalf of the workpiece aluminum stamping office, coordinated movement with stamping system, complete stamping. This paper studies the following: First, a brief introduction of the topic and the purpose and significance of background information on the subject; then the overall structure of the layout and design of various systems have been described; went on to major mechanism design parameters were calculated and analyzed, including support for open gear reducer, enclosed gear, high speed shaft, low speed shaft and the bearing calculation check; Secondly, the other systems applied to the crank slider and guide the design and analysis of institutions; followed by Solidworks parts on three-dimensional modeling, assembly. Finally, the assembly into Adams kinematics simulation.
