MatLab船用柴油机缸盖切削加工实验设计与参数优化

摘要目前用于求解多目标优化模型传统的方法主要有遗传算法、粒子群算法、蚁群算法、免疫算法、模拟退火和禁忌搜索等多智能优化算法或其综合算法。但是随着约束条件的不断增加,进行切削参数优化就变得十分困难。另外这些传统的优化算法几乎都是有针对性的,它是根据实际情况提出的优化方法,有一定的局限性,不能广泛适用于实际加工。52341 因此,本论文针对船用柴油机缸盖加工中铣削加工的特点,在分析铣削用量传统优化模型的基础上,采用通用性较强的优化方法进行切削参数优化。具体的优化方法如下:建立以材料去除率为优化目标,主轴转速、进给量、轴向切削深度以及径向切削深度为优化参数,以基于MatLab优化算法的X-Cut软件为优化方法的数学模型。综合考虑机床-刀具动态特性,机床、刀具本身性能的约束以及工件加工质量的要求,优化出最佳切削参数。另外采用Deform3D软件对优化后的切削参数进行仿真,分析三向切削力、残余应力、切削温度等是否满足切削要求,以验证优化后的切削参数是否合理。为企业提供高效切削参数,减少加工时间,降低加工成本,在市场竞争中更占有优势。 毕业论文关键词:切削实验;船用柴油机缸盖;参数优化;Deform 3D仿真 Abstract Currently the traditional methods to solving the multi-objective optimization model are as follows: genetic algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm, ant colony algorithm, immune algorithm, simulated annealing, tabu search and other intelligent optimization algorithms or Comprehensive algorithms. But with the increase of constraint conditions, the cutting parameters optimization turns very difficult. In other side, almost all of these traditional optimization algorithms are targeted. They are proposed according to the actual situation. With the certain limitations, these traditional methods can’t be widely applied in actual machining. Therefore, this paper aimed at the characteristics of the Marine diesel engine cylinder head machining in milling and based on the analysis of the milling dosage on the basis of traditional optimization model, the general optimization method is adopted to improve the cutting parameters optimization. This paper builds a mathematical model like this: the optimization goal of material removal rate, spindle speed, feed , the axial cutting depth and the radial cutting depth as optimize parameters, the optimization algorithm of X - Cut software based on the Mat-Lab. Taking the dynamic characteristics of the machine- tools, the constraints of the machine and tool, the quality requirements of the work-piece in to account to find the best cutting parameters. In addition, using the Deform3D software to simulate the machining with the optimize parameters. Then analysis whether the three-directional cutting force, residual stress and cutting temperature are meeting the cutting requirements. In this way to verify the optimized cutting parameters is reasonable. To provide enterprises with efficient cutting parameters, reduce the processing time and the processing cost, and have more advantages in market competition.
