ADAMS+SolidWorks专用多功能钻床传动装置的设计及建模+CAD图纸

摘要专用多功能钻床的重要组成部分是传动系统,在传动系统本身乃至整台钻床的工作性能之中,动力学和动力学特性尤其重要。本文简要概述了专用多功能钻床国内外研究现状及存在的问题,钻床的发展趋势以及本课题的研究目的及意义。根据课题的要求,结合所学的专业知识和方法对专用多功能钻床的传动系统进行设计及计算,其中主要对钻床传动系统的三条传动链进行了设计。52565 首先,根据课题的要求,对所需要加工的零件的加工原理进行分析,在设计中,为了减轻工人的工作压力,达到自动化设备的要求,加入了自动送料装置。根据钻床的工作原理拟定出传动系统总体方案。然后利用SolidWorks软件对钻床零件进行三维建模,在上述工作完成之后进行总体装配,在装配过程中检查是否产生干涉,建模是否合理。最后,利用ADAMS软件,对专用多功能钻床传动系统进行模拟运动仿真,从而得出最佳的传动系统方案。 毕业论文关键词:钻床; 传动系统; 专用; 多功能 Abstract Dedicated multi-drilling is an important part of transmission.And even in the drive itself, the working performance of the entire drilling among the kinetics and dynamics are particularly important.This article briefly outlines the specific research status and versatile drilling problems, drilling trends and research purpose of this topic and its significance.According to project requirements, combined with professional knowledge and learned methods dedicated multifunction drive system design and calculation, mainly on the drilling of three transmission chain drive system has been designed. SolidWorks software then use three-dimensional modeling of the drilling unit, after the completion of the above general assembly, the assembly process checks whether an interference model is reasonable.Finally, the use of ADAMS software, dedicated multi-functional drill simulated drive motion simulation to derive the optimal transmission scheme.
