摘要随着我国逐渐对海洋领域的重视与开发,船舶行业迎来了史无前例的春天。国内造船行业蓬勃发展,这也对使用在船舶内的各个零部件提出了更高的要求,以满足船舶在海面长期航行的需要。本次毕业设计的课题是舰载电源机柜的设计,顾名思义,舰载电源机柜就是为了在船舶上安放电源盒而设计的承载工具。52572

要设计一款电源机柜就要从他要服务的对象出发。所以,设计的出发点就是从电源盒尺寸,重量入手。另外还要考虑电源机柜所使用的环境为高温、高湿、高热,震动剧烈等。设计时要考虑电源机柜是否可以在此环境中牢固、可靠,长时间使用。电源机柜的主导设计思路是由内及外,对各零部件逐一进行设计,设计时要考虑到零件强度是否达标,是否便于加工生产。设计手段:先画出零件草图,再使用计算机三维软件进行零件编辑,利用拉伸、切除,镜像实体等手段完成建模工作。再利用二维绘图工具进行后期处理。设计内容包括对每个零部件进行设计并三维建模,建模后组装成装配体。然后根据三维模型导出装配体二维图和零件二维图,再利用二维绘图工具进行修改,标注尺寸,粗糙度等,最终制成具有实际价值,可指导生产的二维工程图,包括装配图和零件图。

Abstract Along with our country gradually attention and the development of marine areas, Shipbuilding industry ushered in unprecedented spring. Thriving domestic shipbuilding industry, which is also used in inpidual parts within the ship put forward higher requirements to meet the needs of ships on long voyages over the sea. The graduation project is the design of shipboard power supply cabinet, as its name implies, shipboard power cabinet is installed on board a vessel in order to Load power supply box.

To design a power cabinet from his view of object services. Therefore, design is the starting point of the power box size and weight to start with. Also take into account the power cabinet with an environment of high temperature, high humidity, high heat, shaking intense. Design considerations for power supply cabinet can in this environment is firm, reliable, long time use. Leading design power supply cabinet is from inside to outside,  design should consider when the strength of the parts is required, whether for production. Design means draw sketches of parts, parts using three-dimensional software edition, stretched, cut, mirror entities means modeling work. Then using two-dimensional drawing tools for post-processing. Design elements include the design of each component and three-dimensional modeling, modeling after assembled equipment. And then by the three dimensional model of the exported assembly of two-dimensional figure and part two-dimensional figure, utilizing a two-dimensional drawing tools for modifying, dimensioning, roughness, and so ultimately made with real value, to guide the production of two-dimensional engineering graphics, including assembly and parts drawings.
