高功率固体激光器的研究进展

摘 要: 当今社会,高功率固体激光器已经发展到成熟而可靠的阶段,在市场和工业生产中日趋成熟,逐步产业化,因此,高功率固体激光器在各个领域受到了广泛的研究。1960年以来,红宝石激光器诞生。后来越来越多的介质材料被不断地被尝试使用作为激光器的工作物质,比如以Nd:YAG、紫翠宝石等介质。目前,Nd:YAG在激光器生产中应用最多,Wd玻璃的使用仅占少数。本文的主要内容包括以下几个方面:我们简单介绍了高功率固体激光器的研究背景,并分别对DPSSL、热容激光器、双包层光纤激光器、COIL四种激光器在研究现状、结构原理、发展优势、应用以及发展趋势等几个方面进行了分析讨论;另外我们展示了高功率固体激光器在使用寿命、功率输出等方面的进展,并在最后介绍了四种高功率激光器在工商业、医疗、军事等方面的应用,它们对未来各领域的发展有着深远的意义以及使用价值。54213

Abstract:Nowadays, high power solid-state laser is kind of laser which is of reliable operation and fully maturity, and the devices sold in the market are running reliably and operated conveniently. Therefore, high power solid-state laser has been widely used in perse fields. Since 1960, scientists began to use ruby as laser medium, and later, various media materials were used in laser, such as Nd:YAG, Nd glass and Alexandrite. Most laser system used for industrial processing of materials used Nd:YAG,  and almost only small parts of the system used Wd glass. This paper includes: We first briefly introduced the research background of the high power solid laser, and then discussed the structure and principle, advantages, application and the development tendency of the four kinds of lasers including DPSSL, SSHCL, double clad fiber lasers, and COIL. We also show the progress of high power solid state lasers in terms of lifetime and power output. In the end, we introduced the application of the above four high power lasers in industry, medicine and military, which has profound meaning and significance in every field.
