摘要:本设计的内容是火花塞支架成型工艺及级进模设计,多工位级进模相比普通级进模,具有高精度,高效率,寿命长等优点,已经越来越多地被广大用户认识并使用,是未来制造业发展的方向之一。在设计的第一部分是通过对制件冲压工艺的分析,拟定了三种可实施的方案,本制件需要6个工位,在对三种方案进行比对后,选出了最合适的方案。在该模具中,包括了冲孔,翻遍,弯曲,落料等的工序,通过UGNX对零件进行三维模型的绘制,然后就是模具搭边值、步距和条料宽度等内容进行计算,并绘制出排样图。确定排样图之后进行了对模具每个工序的工艺计算,相关计算内容,包括:冲裁力、卸料力、顶件力、弯曲力、翻边力等的计算。在弯曲工序中,会产生回弹和偏移等问题,本文通过制件实际情况给出了相应的解决和克服措施。在完成以上内容的前提下,就是对模具相关结构的设计,包括凸模和凹模,及模架结构的绘制,并且在最后一部分对模具的结构进行完善。57650 毕业论文关键词: 多工位级进模;冲压工艺;UGNX Forming process and progressive die design of spark plug support based on NX Abstract: The content of this design is the spark plug bracket forming process and die design, multi position progressive die compared to ordinary progressive die, which has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, long life and other advantages, has been more and more is the vast number of users to recognize and use, is the industry development direction of manufacturing in the future.
