200L乳化釜设计+CAD图纸

摘要:乳化釜的实质就是具有乳化作用的搅拌釜。搅拌釜的应用重点在化工行业上。本篇是一个200L的乳化釜设计。我把设计的重点放在乳化釜罐体的设计、搅拌轴和搅拌器的选型、乳化釜传动装置的选取、轴封装置的选取以及有限元分析上。本文通过罐体的直径比和装料系数粗略的确定了罐体的直径,经过圆整后为700mm,高度为800mm。罐体的主要特征罐体的底部和顶部均为椭圆形。罐体内筒中压力为1.3Mpa,夹套内的工作压力为0.2Mpa。对于夹套的选择,我选用的整体夹套中的U型夹套。搅拌器选用的是涡轮式搅拌器,桨叶为6叶,桨径为300mm。本次设计的反应釜,结构简单,加工方便,耗能量低,具有自动控制系统,大大节省了人力物力财力的消耗,并能保证化工产品的连续不断生产。57951

A design about 200 litres of emulsifying kettle

Abstract:A stirred tank as a emulsification vessel, its broad application prospects, especially in the chemical industry has been widely used. This passage is a design about 200 litres of emulsifying kettle. This design focus on tank’s design, agitator and transmission device selection, the selection of shaft sealing device, the finite element analysis and automatic control system. This article through the tank diameter ratio and loading coefficient to determine the tank diameter of 700 mm, height is 800 mm. The main characteristic is the elliptic welding of tank bottom and the lid can open. The pressure of inner tank is 1.3MPa and the pressure in the jacketed is 0.2MPa. In the stirred tank is the whole jacketed and turbine agitator with 6 blade and propeller diameter is 300 mm. The reaction kettle in this passage has a lot of advantages, such as simple structure, convenient processing, low energy consumption and automatic control system. Greatly save the human consumption, material consumption and financial consumption. And can guarantee the chemical products producing continuously.
