摘要中国是全球吸烟人口最多的国家,数量达到 3.5亿。条烟自动开装箱机不但能够提升物品包装的效率,改进控制的功能,还能加强系统的稳定性并且更加安全,便利于工人进行修复和调整。本论文就是为了提升条烟开装箱机的效率和智能化,根据现实的需要,进行智能条烟开装箱机的研发。本论文对开装箱机的工作的方法、 控制的需求和工作的过程和程序进行了仔细的解释, 从多个角度进行条烟开装箱机的设计。 系统的主控制器是 s7-300 SMART PLC,完成了对电机、 电磁阀等被控制部分的高难度控制和光电传感器等检测元件信号的收集。人机交互界面使用的是西门子 KTP1000基本型彩色PN 触摸屏,具有呈现工作情况、监察工作状态、故障提醒等功能。控制部分与监察部分通过以太网进行连接,完成了开装进程中的实时控制、实时检测。条烟开装箱机由自动开盒、自动码垛、自动装箱、自动送箱、自动出箱等六部分组成,利用 PLC、传感器和 HMI 等技术完成了控制的自动化。最后,通过仿真,模拟出整个工作的流程,验证实现了其连续和自动控制的要求。58307

Abstract China is the country with the largest number of smokers in the world,the number ofsmokers is 350 million.The smoke automatic packing machine can not only improve theefficiency of the packaging of goods,improve the function of control, but also to strengthenthe stability of the system and the safety,convenient for workers to repair and adjust.Thispaper is in order to improve the efficiency and intelligence of the cigarette packingmachine,according to the need of reality, developing the intelligence of cigarette packingmachine.In this paper, the method of work,control requirements and work process of the openpacking machine are carefully explained,from multiple perspectives to carry on the designof the function of the cigarette packing machine。The system uses SMART PLC S7-300 asthe main controller to realize the complex control of the motor, solenoid valve and othercontrolled objects as well as the signal acquisition of photoelectric sensors and otherdetection components.Human-computer interaction interface use SIEMENS KTP1000basic color PN touch screen,with the presentation of the work, monitoring the status of thework, fault alert and other functions.The control part is connected with the monitoring partthrough the Ethernet, which realizes the real-time control and real-time detection of theopening and loading process.A cigarette packing machine is composed of the automaticbox opening, automatic stacking, automatic loading, automatic feeding, automatic box outof the box and so on,the automatic control of the system is realized by using the plc,sensors and HMI technology.Finally, through the simulation, the whole work process issimulated, and the requirement of continuous and automatic control is verified.
