摘 要 船舶生产设计是以详细设计为基础,在总的建造方针下,根据船厂施工的具体条件,按工艺阶段、施工区域和单元设计船舶的建造过程。其目的在于如何高质量、高效率、短周期,并安全的组织造船生产。 本文以80500DWT液散货船首部F11C分段生产设计为例来介绍船舶生产设计方法及所涉及的主要内容。文章先对 2015-2016年的世界经济状况、航运市场、船舶建造市场以及国内外船舶工业发展现状进行分析,并介绍了散货船的发展情况。而后着重介绍了 80500DWT 液散货船首部分段的生产设计内容,包括该分段的建造方案、生产设计图纸(结构图、吊环安装图、拼板图、零件明细表)、精度管理以及一些分段涂装要领。 文章旨在指出我国船舶工业现存的问题,并给出解决方案。同时对船舶首部分段的生产设计进行分析,得出首部分段建造的要领并提供可行性建议。 58416 毕业论文关键词:散货船;生产设计;首部分段;造船技术 Abstract Ship production design is based on the detailed design basis, under the general principle of construction, according to the specific conditions of shipyard construction, according to the stage of the process, the construction process and the construction area cell design of the ship. Taking production design of fore body F11C block of 80500DWT CABU carrier as an example to introduce ship production design method and main content involved. First of all, this article gives the analysis of 2015-2016 world economic situation, the shipping market, ship construction market situation and the development of domestic and international shipping industry, and introduces the development of bulk carriers. Then this article focuses on the production design of fore body F11C block of 80500DWT CABU carrier, including the construction of the section of the program, the production design drawings (chart, installation diagram rings, puzzle map, parts list), quality control as well as some segments painting essentials. This paper aims to point out the problems existing in China's shipbuilding industry, and gives solutions. At the same time, by analyzing the methods of production design of fore body block of the ship, drawing the construction essentials of fore body block and providing feasible suggestions.
