摘要近年来,在全球范围多用途船市场逐渐好转。造船工程具有多专业、多工种的协调交叉作业的特点。生产设计是船舶建造的先行工作,也是使船舶理论设计和船舶施工结合的工作。中国要实现造船强国之梦,必先在生产设计上取得突破。再结合先进的管理技术、生产工艺。船舶企业自身加快信息化发展、信息化作业,中国船舶工业必将崛起。58496 本文以12500DWT多功能船货舱舷侧626/636分段进行生产设计为基础,结合世界多用途发展和对未来的预测。本次生产设计以现代造船模式为基础,结合实际船厂的生产能力和加工过程,在提供相关的基本图纸基础上,结合目前船企的造船技术和国内生产设计模式,对本次生产设计分段设计相关的施工图纸。同时针对多用途的特点及未来发展作一个更深的探讨。 毕业论文关键词:多用途船;生产设计;造船技术 Abstract The global market of MPV is taking a turn for better improve recent years. As we know, shipbuilding engineering is multi-disciplinary, coordinated cross for many types of works. Production design is the first work of shipbuilding, and of combining with ship design and ship construction. To realize her dream of a strong country in shipbuilding, she must have a breakthrough in production design firstly. Also,combined with the advanced management technology, production processes, the enterprise accelerates information technology development, information operation, Chin’s shipbuilding industry is bound to rise. The article is based on the 12500DWT MPV boardside 626/636 subsection hull production design. This production design is based on modern shipbuilding mode, shipyard's actual production capacity and processing .The production design is provided on the basis of relevant basic drawings, we combine shipbuilding enterprises’ technology and inland production of design patterns ,design construction drawings for this production segment.
