摘要伴随全球经济的快速前进,海洋资源逐渐成为各大国关注的对象[1]。而起重船在海上石油、天然气的开发,海上工程以及海上打捞救助作业起着到关重要的作用,需求量的增大也壮大了起重船的市场占有率[2]。本文的主要内容是52.8m 起重船的船体结构规范设计,《钢制内河船舶》(2009年)是该本船进行计算与强度校核的主要依据。本船为方尾、前倾式方艏全焊接结构的钢质起重船,属Ⅲ类工程船,设单层连续甲板,舱底及主甲板采用纵骨架式,舷侧为横骨架式[3]。本文的主要内容包括:1、起重船的简述,国内外起重船前进概况及前进前景,规范设计方法。2、52.8m起重船结构规范设计计算,及船中横剖面的强度校核。3、绘制典型横剖面图及基本结构图关键词:起重船;结构规范设计;典型横剖面图;基本结构图58505 Abstract With the rapid development of the world economy, the ocean has become thefocus of attention of all countries in the world. While the crane ship has played animportant role in sea’s oil and gas exploration,marine engineering,and salvagebusiness.As the quantity demanded increases,the scale of crane ship is also growing.This article is mainly designed for crane ship of 52.8m structure specificationdesign,the vessel in accordance with the 《steel inland vessels construction norms》(2009)as A-level in relevant to the calculation and the required strength.The craneship is transom, forward leaning party bow welded structural steel ship, belongs toclass III of engineering ship, equipped with single continuous deck. The bottom andthe main deck with longitudinal frame, side for transverse framing.The main contents of this paper include:1. The brief introduction of the crane ship, the development situation anddevelopment prospect of the domestic and international crane ship, and thespecification design methods.2. 52.8m crane ship structure specification calculation and design,strength checkof the midship section.3.Mapping of the typical midship section,basic construction profile and plan.
