摘要自世界经济全球化后,海上贸易有着举足轻重的地位,考虑到运输货物的安全性、经济性以及环保性,海上运输当仁不让是如今的所有运输方式中的主力军。但船体建造却并非易事,工作量大,作业面多,工种复杂、安装难度高、设计和制造周期过长这些弊端依然存在,所以要完善造船工程体系尽实际可能统筹兼顾。58570 生产设计是船舶设计中最为关键重要的一部分,这意着设计文件和一线生产相结合。本文结合船厂生产线下的流程以及加工建造能力,以多用途船及船舶生产设计的现状与发展为基础,并辅以AutoCAD设计系统,在详细设计之后对12500DWT多用途船货舱舷侧628/638分段进行船体生产设计。由总布置图、分段划分图、基本结构图、中横剖面图和建造方针等给出其中的施工要领,并绘制分段结构图、拼板图以及零件明细表,设置吊环吊马,并绘制分段吊环安装图,计算分段重量重心,最后对多用途船船型特点概括并分析未来多用途船的发展形势。 毕业论文关键词:多用途船;生产设计;CAD Abstract Since the globalization of the world economy, maritime trade has a pivotal position, taking into account the safety of the transport of goods, the economy and environmental protection, maritime transport is now doing my part for all modes of transport in the main force. But hull construction is not easy, workload, work surface and more complex types, installation difficulty, design and manufacturing cycle is too long these drawbacks still exist, so to improve the shipbuilding engineering system balanced as far as practicable. Production design of ship design is the most important part of the key, which means that the design documents and the production line combined. In this paper, the construction process and the processing capacity of the shipyard production line next to the status quo and development of multi-purpose vessels and ship production design is based on and supported by AutoCAD design system, after the detailed design of 12500DWT multipurpose cargo ship broadside 628/638 points segment hull production design. The general arrangement, block pision diagram, basic block diagram, in cross-sectional view and building construction which gives guidelines and other essentials, and draw the sub-structure diagram, puzzle view and parts list, set the rings hanging horse, and draw segmented rings installation, calculate the center of gravity of the weight segments, the last of the characteristics of multi-purpose vessels Ship summarize and analyze future developments of multi-purpose vessels.
