摘要集装箱船的发展趋势是不断高速化、扩大化、发挥更多的作用。中国对集装箱船是慢慢开始关注的,研究相对较晚,但是研究强度很大。我国正在不断发展集装箱运输,单在上海港,目前共有29条集装箱国际运输线。从世界看,上海港目前被列为集装箱吞吐量最大港口其一。上海几家船厂生产的集装箱装卸机械实力也达到了国际水平。本世纪初,中国也开始对外出口集装箱船,中国建造的集装箱船已经被广泛使用,世界海洋到处可见。总而言之,中国的集装箱运输系统已进入世界先进行列。58571

对于船舶的建造过程来讲,船体的分段生产设计好比一连接船舶设计和生产制造的纽带。所以,分段生产设计在建造船舶过程中是很重要的。本次研究是以现代造船模式为基本原则,根据实际船厂的生产能力和过程,利用AutoCAD对2700TEU集装箱船货舱舷侧S19P/S分段进行生产设计。过程中包扩绘制分段结构图、分段拼板图和分段吊装图,设置吊环吊耳,编写零件明细表,最后完成整套的设计方案。

Abstract Modern container vessel is toward large-scale, quick running, multi-purpose direction. Though container vessel development in China started late, development speed is fast. Our country has built many container vessels, to develop the container transport, Shanghai alone opens the article 29 of the international container liner routes, Shanghai port container throughput of more than one million TEU. Shanghai is one of the largest port containers through put in the world. China's production of container loading and unloading machinery in Shanghai has reached the international advanced level, widely used in the world's major ports. In recent years, our country also export container vessel. All over the world, we can see the figure of container vessel built in our country on sea. In short, in our country, includes containers, container handling machinery, container manufacturing and exporting of the vessel to the construction of the large-tonnage container terminals, the establishment of the container fleet and the construction of the international container hub port mark the container transportation system in our country has entered the world advanced level.

In terms of the whole process of vessel building, Hull section production design is like a bridge of communication of vessel design and manufacture. Therefore, panel production design is a key technology of hull construction cycle, it built throughout the entire design process. The study makes the modern vessel building as the basic principle, combined with the actual vessel yard production ability and the machining process, based on the detailed design drawings. With the help of AutoCAD aided design system of 2700 TEU container vessel cargo side S19P/S segments production design, through mapping section charts, makeup and lifting every block diagram, setting up the lifting lug, write parts lists, the piecewise concrete production plan. And the lifting and coating every block specific advice is given.
