摘 要生产设计解决“怎样造船”,现代生产设计是以统筹优化理论为指导,应用成组技术原理,以中间产品为导向,按区域组织生产,壳、舾、涂一体化,设计、生产、管理一体化。 生产设计的正确与优化, 可以缩短船坞或码头周期, 降低船舶建造成本,提高船舶的建造质量,给船厂带来可观的经济效益。本课题主要是研究 27500立方液化气船货舱舷侧分段(带顶边舱)的生产设计。根据设计任务书要求,结合现实需要,对该船舶的产品特点和所需要的技术要求进行明确,进行27500 立方液化气船的分段生产设计。在了解该船一些建造工艺流程,结合分段吊运能力和起重大小,根据分段划分与实际的施工情况,提出了建造 27500立方液化气船舷侧分段 505P/S 的一套方案。主要内容包括典型分段生产设计、分段施工要领、分段涂装要领,分段焊接要求,分段精度控制等,其中着重论述了 505P/S分段的生产设计。58714 毕业论文关键词:液化气船;舷侧分段(带顶边舱);分段生产设计 Abstract Production design aims to address “how to build a ship”. Modern production design isguided by overall optimization theory, according to GT principle, orienting to intermediateproducts, organized by region, shell, outfitting and painting integration as well as design,production, management. The correctness and optimization of production design canshorten the period of dock or wharf, reduce the cost of ship construction, improve thequality of ship construction, bring considerable economic benefits.The main point of the topic is to study the production design of the 27,500 CBMliquefied gas carrier hold board(with top side tank) 505P/S block. According to therequirements of the design task book, with the actual needs, the characteristics of the shipand the technical requirements are clear, which carried out the block design of the27,500CBM liquefied natural gas carrier. After the understanding of some of the buildprocess of the ship and block lifting capacity and size, according to the pision of sectionsand the actual construction, the construction of 27,500CBM liquefied gas carrier holdboard 505P/S block has been put forward. The main content of this course includes typicalblock design and production, essentials of assemblage construction and section painting,welding request of block, block accuracy controlling. Above all, the production design of505P/S block is emphatically discussed in this paper.
