摘要近年来,随着计算机控制技术和工业自动化技术的迅速发展,我国国家战略发展逐步向海洋转移,人们越来越重视海洋领域的开发。因此近海海上工程作业日趋增多,并且向着高效率,智能化、信息化发展。同时,对海洋工程船舶尤其是粉体罐进出料系统提出了更高的要求。一方面,由于在海上进行工程作业时,需要海洋工程船提供石英、水泥、膨润土等粉体物料,但是海上施工环境比较恶劣,风浪很大,工程作业船舶的粉体罐存在晃动摇摆,对粉体罐内物料的计量也有较大的偏差。其次,本文通过研究工程船舶主要功能,对粉体罐的外型进行设计和适当布置,同时对管线、阀门进行设计,系统主要通过对管道阀门及粉体罐阀门,空压机的控制,实现罐内物料存储和输送的功能。并且在对粉体罐控制原理分析之后,设计物料监测系统的硬件和控制系统软件,实现对粉体罐物料的测量,并设计相应的PLC监测程序。此系统的设计完成了对物料的输送并进行监测报警,大大地提高了粉体罐物料监测的准确度,极大地提高了海上作业的安全性,对海上作业有重大的意义。另一方面,利用管道气力输送系统可以减少人力的使用,降低装卸成本,同时可以减少老式散料输送系统中进出料时的粉体抛洒情况,提高输送效率,减少粉体外扬对装载码头以及施工海(水)域的污染。59213

Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and industrial automation technology, the national strategic development of our country gradually shift to the sea, people pay more and more attention to in the field of Marine development. So offshore Marine engineering operations increasing, and toward high efficiency, intelligent, informatization development, at the same time, to the Marine engineering ship especially powder tank frontrear system put forward higher requirements. On the one hand, due to the engineering operations at sea, needs and provide quartz, ocean engineering ships, bentonite powder materials such as cement, construction environment is bad, but the sea is quite lively, engineering operations of powder can shake to sway, for the measurement of the powder tank material also has a bigger deviation. Secondly, based on the research of engineering ship main functions, the appearance of the powder tank design and proper arrangement, and at the same time to design of pipelines, valves, system is mainly through to the pipeline valves and powder tank valve, air compressor control, realize the function of the tank material storage and transportation. And after study of powder tank control principle, design the electric control box, and on this basis, the design of hardware monitoring system of material, realize measurement of powder tank material, and design the corresponding PLC monitoring procedures. Design of this system to monitor the quality of material conveying and completed the alarm, greatly enhance the accuracy of the powder tank material monitoring, greatly improved the security of the sea, is of great significance for offshore operations. Using pipe pneumatic conveying system, on the other hand, can reduce the use of manpower, reduce the handling cost, also can reduce the old frontrear in bulk conveying system of powder spilled, improve the efficiency of delivery, reduce powder in public on the loading dock and construction pollution of the sea (water) domain.
