摘 要 造船业一般所需的周期较长,建造一艘船舶需要投入许多的人力物力,如果没有一个完善的体系统筹兼顾,那么建造过程中浪费资源将会十分巨大,因而船舶生产设计的重要性就不言而喻了。 船舶生产设计是造船过程中必不可少的一项工作,不但可以统筹造船的建造过程,还能预先估计建造所需的材料、场地以及时间,这对于船厂提高造船效率以及降低成本都有着显著地作用。而本文就以12500DWT多用途船货舱区舷侧625/635分段的生产设计为例进行一次较为完整的生产设计。本次毕业设计包括分段结构图、分段拼板图、分段吊马图、零件编码表以及一篇论文,详细介绍了分段生产设计过程中的每个步骤,例如图纸绘制、零件编码、分段翻身及分段涂装等,同时也对多用途船的相关背景及发展趋势做了一个简单的介绍。 本次生产设计图纸使用 CAD 软件制作,并在论文后附录有打印件,所有该船参数及生产设计图纸均由详细设计图纸中得到。59516 毕业论文关键词:多用途船;船舶生产设计;CAD Abstract Shipbuilding industry is generally required a longer period, build a ship need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources, if there is no consideration of a perfect system, so the construction of the waste in the process of resources would be enormous and the importance of ship production design is self-evident. Ship production design is an essential work in the shipbuilding process, not only can build the coordination process of shipbuilding, but also estimate the required construction materials, space and time, the shipyard to improve shipbuilding efficiency and reduce the cost of the significant role. This article takes 12500DWT Multi-purpose ship cargo area side 625/635 segment the production design as an example of a more complete production design. This graduation design includes the sub structure, segmented board map, piecewise hanging maps, tables and parts encoding a thesis, introduces the design process of each step in the production section, such as drawings, parts and encoding, sectional turning block painting at the same time, related background of multi -purpose ship and the trend of development to do a simple introduction. The production design drawings using CAD software production, and in the appendix of the paper after the print, all of the parameters of the ship and the production design drawings are detailed design drawings.
